Rayne Twinning Association AGM Friday 18th January 2013

The Annual General meeting of the Rayne Twinning Association will be held at The Swan Pub on Friday 18th January at 8pm and we look forward to seeing you there.

Please submit nominations for committee positions or any items for the agenda to the secretary by 4th January at the latest (nominations for committee members and officers can also be taken at the meeting).  Whilst the current committee members and officers are all happy to stand for re-election, other nominations would be very welcome - we do need more committee members.  During recent years we have tried to encourage younger members, including families with children, so it may be beneficial if this section of our membership had a representative on the committee.

As you know in 2013 we will visit our friends in Verberie on 4/5/6 May so this meeting will also give us an opportunity to discuss preliminary arrangements for this.

I'd just like to add an important date for your new 2013 diary - Twinning Quiz - Saturday, 23rd March in Rayne Village Hall.

May I also take this opportunity to remind you that the family membership of £10 is now due.  A Happy New Year and an Enjoyable Twinning Year to you all.
